strongly recommend you inform us of any problems
or complaints IMMEDIATELY. This will help us to
offer you good customer service and solve the problems
promptly. We are not responsible for any claims
reported after the guests stay.
As
a client, you are expected to respect the house
rules that pertain to the apartment and the community
it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as
a party space but that of an accommodation for
sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at
the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any
problems. Our main objective is for the client
to have a good experience in Barcelona.
1. Please
don't smoke in the apartment.
2.
Please respect our neighbors - normal working people
who need to get up early and go to work every day
so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells
as well as in the apartments. Parties
are not allowed, the same applies to LOUD music!!
Quiet
hours:
Monday - Friday 22.00 to 9.00
Saturday - Sunday 24.00 to 10.00
3.
Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights
when you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices
low and would like to conserve energy.
4. Please
do not leave the garbage in the apartment
when you check out. You can leave it on the street
every night between 20.00 – 22.00
pm, and it will be collected by sanitation
personnel.

Minimum
stay
The
minimum rental time is 3 nights.
Arrivals
Chek in will be done after 14:00., in case other host leave the apartment the same day, in order to allow us enough time to leave the aparment in perfect condition for you. This norm admits flexibility with the hour, in case there's no host leaving the same day.
Departures
At you departure, it should be done before 11:00 h. . of the last day. This norm admits flexibility with the hour, in case there's no host incoming the same day.
Payment
The 20% must be payed by credit card in order
to secure the reservation. The
remaining on arrival in cash.
Cleaning
One time cleaning fee 40 Euros.
